2022 Game Changers
Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of our Game Changers Conference at a venue befitting of the women who are giants in the sports industry – MetLife Stadium. With the skyline of New York City as the backdrop, the home of the Giants and the Jets will host a day of programming that will elevate and celebrate the impact of women on sports.
About Game Changers
Launched in 2013, the Game Changers Conference examines the multiple ways women intersect with sports as athletes, executives and consumers. Past speakers have ranged from PepsiCo Chairman & CEO Indra Nooyi, who focused on women ascending the ranks in sports and corporate America, to NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, who shared his views on the state of women’s sports, to Cynthia “” Marshall the CEO of the Dallas Mavericks who discussed how she changed the culture of a male-dominated organization.
Key topics include:
Investing in and the growth of women’s sports
Women as consumers
- And more…
Not Just For Women
“A women-centered event is not the same as a women-only event, which is meant to create a sense of empowerment and community in a male-dominated world. Game Changers, a women-centered event, deserves all of us showing up to celebrate the talent shaping the future of our industry. So, leave your office for a day, and abandon your inherent seat of privilege temporarily for a seat in forums of change. Then, when you return to the office, work smarter to build better businesses, teams and plans.”

The Best of Both Worlds: Where to Stay
New Networking Opportunity – The Game Changers Supper Club
If you are interested in building new relationships with other Game Changers attendees in a meaningful way, sign up to participate in Supper Club and invite a few attendees to join you for dinner the evening of October 25 or October 26 utilizing our event app, Swapcard. Participants are on their own for planning and scheduling the dinner and to avoid the awkward moment when the check arrives, everyone should plan on going Dutch. We will provide instructions on how to take advantage of this opportunity to meet potential peers, mentors and allies as the event draws nearer.
SPECIAL NOTE: COVID-19 GUIDELINES
We encourage all attendees to be fully vaccinated and recommend taking a test within 24 hours of the beginning of SBJ events. Most municipalities no longer require proof of vaccination for COVID-19 to participate in public indoor activities, including the various SBJ events. All attendees will receive a colored wristband indicating their social distancing preference and masks will be available.
